Policies
How video review, posting and payment work on audre.
Video review
The brand reviews every video its creators deliver: it approves the video or asks for changes. Creators are paid for the work the brand approves.
If the brand hasn’t answered within 48 hours of a video being ready, our team may review it in the brand’s place — approve it or ask for changes — with exactly the same effect. The brand is notified when this happens.
Posting your video
Once the brand approves your video, you have 48 hours to publish it on your own account, on the platform named in the campaign, and to send us the link from the campaign page.
- Include every hashtag listed in the campaign, including the paid-partnership disclosure (for example #ad).
- Tag the brand when the campaign gives a brand account.
- Keep the post public.
- Engagement boost: when the campaign includes it, post a comment on your own video, either in your own words or with the exact text the brand provided, and upload a screenshot of that comment together with the link.
If the 48 hours pass without a link, 2 points are deducted from your score. You still need to post the video: the payment for the campaign is released only once the post is approved.
How we check your post
TikTok: when you send the link, we check automatically that the post exists and is public, that it was published from the TikTok username on your profile, and that the caption contains the required hashtags. If something is missing, you see what to correct and can send the link again.
Instagram and other platforms: our team reviews the post by hand.
Brand review window
After the link is sent, the brand has 48 hours to review the post and report a problem (for example, a different video than the one approved, or a missing product link).
While a report is open, the payment stays on hold. Our team looks at the report, records its decision, and shares it with the brand. If a correction is needed, we contact the creator.
Approval and payment
When the review window has ended and no report is open, our team approves the post. The creator’s earnings for the campaign are then added to their balance.
If we cannot approve the post, the creator is told why and gets a new 48 hours to correct it and send the link again. No points are deducted for this.
Keeping your post online
Posts must stay online. We check each post again 7 days after the link was sent (automatically on TikTok, by our team on other platforms). A post that has been deleted or made private is flagged to our team for review.
